DESCRIPTION:A One-day Workshop for parents with children\, birth through early elementary.\n“When the child moves into a new developmental stage\, you must make a parenting shift to meet the new developmental needs and abilities.… Parenting is a growing experience. You’ll want your biblical parenting philosophy to allow flexibility to adapt to your child’s changing needs. …Although a strategy may work well at one stage\, it may be necessary to modify it or even abandon it at another.”\n– The Christian Parenting Handbook by Turansky & Miller \nWe will be covering emotional\, social and spiritual developmental stages for specific ages and how to shape your parenting to address the challenges and needs as they grow. This will be a time where information is shared but we will allow time for Q&A as well. \nSchedule\n9:00-10:00 a.m.             Toddlers & 2 yr. olds \n10:15-11:15 a.m.                 3 & 4 yr. olds \n11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.     Early Elementary \nRegister by\, Sunday\, October 15\nBirth-5th grade childcare will be available by registration. \n\n\n
