Whenever we think about Jesus, we have a tendency to picture him according to His first advent, in which He came in humility to offer salvation. Rarely do we meditate on the Jesus we will see when He comes in His second advent. Revelation 19 describes the second coming of Jesus Christ. Prepare for Sunday by prayerfully reading through all of chapter 19. How is Jesus revealed in this passage? How does His revelation here challenge commonly held notions about what Jesus is like?
