Women’s Ministry
We aim to be a diverse community of women that delights in God first as we develop and deploy every woman to make disciples who make disciples. The Women’s Ministry organizes events throughout the year to help you on this journey.
COMMUNITY GROUPS
If you are not yet connected to a Community Group, we have a variety of groups that meet throughout the week, which you can explore here. If you are interested in a womens-only group, which meets at Thursdays @ 6:30 p.m., please reach out to ktayne@mbbcirving.org to get connected.
WOMEN’S COLLECTIVE
The next Women’s Collective is on Sunday, March 2nd. We will meet in the Hospitality Room from 6:00-7:30pm. Our topic is Loving a Life of Forgiveness. For more information, visit our Event Page.
STUDY
Beginning May 4th: 6-Week Study on Prayer: Life in Communion – Room B203
Together as we study Scripture and J.I. Packer’s book, “Praying the Lord’s Prayer”, we will mine the depths of the simple pattern of prayer given by Jesus to his disciples – and to us! Our goal will be to grow in knowledge of and communion with God as our highest pursuit and daily practice, being transformed more into His likeness by seeking His face and His kingdom in prayer.
HANDYMAN MINISTRY
We have a group of men from MacArthur who have offered to help with various projects for widows and single women within our church as needed.
