Join us for our Semi-Annual Members Meeting on Sunday, August 9, at 5:00 p.m. as we gather to celebrate God’s faithfulness, hear ministry updates, review the proposed 2026–2027 budget, and consider important matters in the life of our church.

While we will conduct church business together, this evening is about much more than a meeting. We look forward to sharing a meal, celebrating all that God has done among us, and looking ahead with anticipation to where He is leading our church. Our prayer is that you will leave encouraged, informed, and excited about the work God is doing through our church family. Members are strongly encouraged to attend as we seek the Lord together and continue pursuing the mission He has entrusted to us.

Please be sure to check your email for the detailed minutes from our previous meeting and the planned agenda. A printed copy of the agenda, along with additional financial information related to the proposed budget, will also be available at the back of the sanctuary on Sunday, August 2, and Sunday, August 9 for your review prior to the meeting.

Please bring a dish to share according to your last name:

• A–F: Vegetable
• G–M: Dessert
• N–Z: Salad

The church will provide the meat, rolls, and tea. Please bring your dish in a disposable pan and ready to serve (for example, salad kits should be fully prepared rather than brought unmixed).

Childcare will be available for children from birth through Pre-K. Children will enjoy dinner with their families before being dismissed to childcare following the meal.

We look forward to gathering with you for this special evening as we celebrate God’s faithfulness, seek His direction for the future of our church, and rejoice together in all He is doing among us.
