Semiannual Members Meeting
August 15, 2020
We are excited to host our Semiannual Members Meeting on August 15th! Dinner will be provided at 5 p.m. and followed by the meeting. During the pandemic, we made an exception to allow online voting; however, we will return to our normal voting procedures, which require attendance at the meeting to vote. We will still provide a live stream of the meeting on our Watch Live page for those unable to attend.
On Wednesday, August 11th at 6:30 p.m. in the Student Assembly Room, we are providing an opportunity for you to come to a Question & Answer Session regarding anything on the agenda. This meeting is your opportunity to ask questions and hear those of others, as well as hear the responses to all of the questions. If you have any questions, we want to strongly encourage you to attend this meeting, as we are limited on the time we have for discussion at the Semiannual Meeting on Sunday. However, if you have questions and are unable to attend the Q&A session, please email info@mbbcirving.org after reviewing the information.
